The team of the firm
The team of Peschel & Partner Rechtsanwälte is led by the two attorneys Dr. Oliver Peschel and Mag. Manuel Schölm, supported by the attorney candidates Mag. Kübra Cavdar and Mag. Vivienne Weber. It further includes a dedicated secretariat and several legal assistants who work on your case at Karmeliterplatz.

Mag. Manuel Schölm
Mag. Manuel Schölm has been a registered attorney since 2026 and co-founded Peschel & Partner Rechtsanwälte. He joined the firm as an associate in 2021, after several years in corporate legal departments, most recently as head of legal affairs.
